According to the formal release, "An unusual confrontation draws characters Naoe and Yasuke into a new mission, where hints of prohibited rituals and fearsome transformations echo through the shadows." The plot presents a "unusually garbed woman named Ada" who tasks the duo with traveling into the Gemstone Grotto—a important location from Attack on Titan—to save her friend from a secret cult.

The adventure centers on "peculiar tests and a monstrous adversary" and is accessible to all players who have gained access to the Yasuke character.

Iconic Locations and Transformations

The preview showcases the Subterranean Sanctuary from Attack on Titan recreated as the Crystal Cave. This significant location was previously where the Reiss royal family transmitted the Founding Titan ability through eras. The trailer concludes with a dramatic scene showing a character, probably the prisoner, changing into a Titan that looms over Naoe and Yasuke.
